What we expect from everyone working through Meisal — and what you can expect from us.

Do your own work

The entire value of this work is that a qualified human did it. Do not delegate your work to someone else, and do not use AI tools to generate submissions unless a brief explicitly permits it. Using them to check spelling or tidy your phrasing is fine; using them to produce the judgment is not, and it is usually obvious.

One person, one account

Your account is yours. Do not share logins, do not work under someone else's name, and do not let someone else work under yours. Accounts found to be shared are closed.

Be accurate about your background

Qualifications, registrations and experience must be real and verifiable. If your registration status changes while you are working with us — it lapses, or you stop practising — tell us. It may not affect your eligibility at all, but it needs to be accurate.

Keep project work confidential

Do not identify clients, share briefs, or post project content anywhere — including in professional forums and on social media. You are free to say publicly that you work with Meisal as a contract domain expert.

Do not use real patient, client or case data

Write from your experience, not from your files. Problems must be constructed, not lifted from real records. Nothing that could identify a real person should ever enter a submission.

Be straight with us

If you cannot meet a deadline, say so early. If a brief is unclear or you think it is asking for the wrong thing, say that too — ambiguity in a brief is our problem to fix. We would far rather hear a difficult thing early than discover it at review.

What we owe you

A rate agreed in writing before you start. Payment every two weeks for approved hours, on time. A named human contact on every project. Specific feedback rather than a silent rejection. And a stated reason, with a right of reply, before any action is taken on your account.

When a rule is broken

Most issues are a misunderstanding and are resolved by talking. Where something more serious has happened, we may pause your account while we look into it. We will tell you what we believe happened and give you a chance to respond before deciding. Work already approved is always paid.
