Contract Drafting Reviewer
About this work
A clause can be grammatical, conventional and still allocate risk in a way no competent adviser would accept. This work is about catching that, and about testing whether models can negotiate as well as draft.
What you’ll do
- Write drafting and mark-up briefs based on real transaction patterns
- Review generated clauses for risk allocation, ambiguity and enforceability
- Assess whether amendments actually achieve the stated commercial aim
- Document conventional drafting a model misapplies
What we’re looking for
- Qualified lawyer with transactional or in-house drafting experience
- Familiarity with market-standard drafting in your practice area
- No technical background required
Time commitment
6–15 hours per week, projects typically run 4–12 weeks
Pay and how you’re paid
$80–$130 per hour, paid every two weeks by bank transfer
