Models are fluent about biology and frequently overstate what an experiment shows. The work is about testing inference, controls and the gap between correlation and claim.
What you’ll do
- Write problems around experimental design and interpretation
- Assess whether conclusions exceed what the data supports
- Check that controls and confounders are identified
- Document where literature is cited inaccurately
What we’re looking for
- PhD or equivalent research experience in a life sciences field
- Hands-on experimental or analytical experience
- No AI background required
Time commitment
5–15 hours per week, projects typically run 4–10 weeks
Pay and how you’re paid
$85–$140 per hour, paid every two weeks by bank transfer
