Localisation Quality Lead
About this work
A senior role for people who have run localisation quality before: defining what good means for a language, then keeping a group of reviewers calibrated to it.
What you’ll do
- Define quality standards and rubrics for your language
- Review other reviewers' assessments for consistency
- Resolve disagreements about acceptable register and phrasing
- Report systematic weaknesses back to the research team
What we’re looking for
- Senior localisation or linguistic QA experience
- Native-level fluency and strong English
- Experience calibrating or managing other reviewers
Time commitment
6–15 hours per week, projects typically run 8–16 weeks
Pay and how you’re paid
$65–$100 per hour, paid every two weeks by bank transfer
