What you’ll do

• Evaluate responses for risk identification and appropriate escalation
• Assess tone, boundaries and safeguarding language
• Write scenarios covering presentations that are easy to miss
• Advise on safety standards for conversational systems

What we’re looking for

• Clinical qualification in psychiatry, psychology or psychotherapy
• Current or recent practice with direct patient contact
• No AI background required

Time commitment

5–12 hours per week, projects typically run 6–12 weeks

Pay and how you’re paid

$90–$140 per hour, paid every two weeks by bank transfer
